Moving Heavy Loads & Machines Made Easy
Your load moving operations just got a whole lot easier
Traditionally, moving heavy loads or machines has been accomplished by using wheels and/or casters. But this type of operation comes with a price – they usually damage your floors into the bargain as well as challenge the operators who have to push and shove loads with this type of caster.
Why not consider a much easier way of doing things, and without the challenges that traditional casters bring. Hovair Systems offers an easy way to moving heavy loads and machines – using Air Casters. Air casters operate in a series of air caster modules that form into a load moving system right out the box making set up very easy. That’s right! They come complete with everything you need to be up and running very quickly. You will have nothing to purchase in addition.
Looking at the images to the right, at the top you can see a Low Profile heavy load moving kit system complete with remote control unit and everything else you need.
The bottom image is a standard Round Steel Air Caster kit system that again has virtually everything you need for a relatively quick set up.
Hovair Systems has a wide range of systems to help lift and move your heavy loads. Weight capacities range from 1 ton to 100 tons and all points in between.
If air casters do not suit your needs, consider an air pallet or small air transporter, or simply contact us and let your Hovair Systems contact advise you.
While industrial machine moving operations generally involves cranes, pulleys, forklifts and other similar traditional tools, Hovair Systems offers a different viewpoint to lifting and moving heavy machines – by lifting them from below using top quality air casters to do the work for you. Air Casters are not only safe and easy to use, they are also very cost-effective when considering they can be used over and over again.
Air powered (pneumatic) machine and load moving systems work in a series of four or more and lift your load away from the floor much the same as a Hovercraft. Our products use the same principle: air film technology.
